Welcome to the Supreme Court of Missouri’s portal for pro hac vice receipts required under Rule 9.03 and 6.01(n). The pro hac vice fee is $410 per case, per court, per attorney.

A receipt for your payment will be available to print at the end of this transaction. The receipt, along with your motion to be admitted pro hac vice, will need to be filed in the Court or tribunal in which you are seeking admission.

Credit card and e-check payments are accepted through this site. A convenience fee will be added to the cost of the pro hac fee. The convenience fee for using a credit card is 2.15% or a minimum of $1.25 whichever is greater. The convenience fee for using an e-check is .50.
